Trell was born on July 6, 1969 in Elizabeth, New Jersey to William J Foster and Rita C. Roper-Foster. He was the youngest of two children. He was raised in Linden and was educated in the Linden Public School System. He participated in the sports program in football, basketball and track. He excelled in football wearing Number 20. He played a big part in winning the State Championship in 1985. His friends affectionately called him “Perk” Trell was a very friendly person and his smile would say it all. He attended Wagner College in Staten Island, New York. He attended for one year then he enlisted into the Army. He did basic training in Alabama to become Military Police. He later was stationed in Germany. He was discharged from the Army right before Operation Desert Storm in 1991. He was employed by Continental Can Company in Carteret, New Jersey alongside his father. He moved to Allentown, Pennsylvania soon after. Sadly Trell was called home peacefully after a long illness on August 18, 2024. He will truly be missed by his loving family especially his children. He is predeceased by his paternal grandparents Collis and Mattie Mae Foster and his maternal grandparents George and Gladys Roper. His loving Aunt Augusta Roper whom he was very close to. His cousin Christopher Roper who was like a brother. He is survived by his Mother Rita C Roper of Linden, his Father William Foster of Plainfield, his sister Tonya Foster (Michael) of Linden, His sons Trell Myers (Autumn) of Rahway, Troy Myers of Davenport, Iowa, Jared Foster of Charlotte, North Carolina. His daughters Brytanny Foster of Cameron, North Carolina and Gladys Foster in Georgia. His stepchildren Anthony Myers of Woodbridge, Antoine Myers of Elizabeth, LaDorn Tucker of Charlotte, North Carolina. Ten grandchildren. Nephews Tyrell Foster of Somerset and Taj Foster of Linden.
